We are currently seeking a dedicated, organized, and customer-focused Onsite Account Representative to support our long-standing partnership with an auto manufacturer. This full-time, onsite role plays a critical part in our TFM program — overseeing filtration inventory, coordinating with onsite teams, and ensuring consistent, high-performance filtration across the facility. Serve as the primary onsite liaison between our company and the automotive manufacturer’s facility and maintenance teams.
Manage all aspects of our Total Filtration Management program, including:
Monitoring and maintaining appropriate onsite air filter inventory levels
Coordinating deliveries and reorders with internal supply chain teams
Tracking usage and forecasting future demand based on site activity and seasonal trends
Conduct regular walkthroughs of the facility to:
Inspect filter installations and identify potential service or inventory concerns
Engage with onsite contractors and facility maintenance personnel to assess and recommend optimal filtration changeout frequencies
Build and maintain strong professional relationships with customer contacts at all levels
Report weekly on usage trends, stock levels, and key activities
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and consistent filtration performance
Qualifications
• 3–5 years of experience in a customer-facing, inventory, or facility operations role (account management, site services, or supply chain experience is a plus)
• Familiarity with industrial or commercial facilities; understanding of HVAC or filtration systems is an asset
• Strong organizational skills — able to track multiple priorities and keep detailed records
• Clear and professional communication skills — both written and verbal
• Comfortable interacting with maintenance crews, contractors, and customer leadership
• Able to work independently and proactively on a customer site
• Proficient in basic computer tools (Excel, Outlook, etc.); SAP experience preferred and experience with inventory tracking software is an asset
• Must be legally eligible to work in Canada and pass any required site onboarding or safety protocolsWhy Join Us?
