A Day in the Life of a Workplace Experience Supervisor Lead and mentor Office Services team members that provide a seamless, high-quality office experience to all employees and visitors, and act as the primary backup to the Manager, Workplace Experience. Build and maintain key business relationships with stakeholders, workplace vendors, oversee landlord and tenant relations to ensure seamless service delivery Plan and execute office events, team-building activities, and celebrations Continuously enhance office procedures and policies to improve efficiency and employee satisfaction Assist in office space planning, including reviewing office leases, growth projections, space requirements while monitoring operational expenditures and supporting annual budget planning. Create office-wide communications and collaborate with the Marketing team on company-wide communications and initiatives. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: 3-5 years of office administration experience including leadership roles, with a Business Administration diploma, certificate or equivalent experience is preferred. Proficient in Office 365, Workday, Adobe Acrobat; ability to learn new administrative systems. Strong multitasking, autonomous work skills, with experience in prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines in fast-paced settings. Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities; proactive in addressing issues and collaborating across all organizational levels. Should hold a valid driver’s license.
