The work mode arrangement for the position is full-time on site As a systems and infrastructure operations, maintenance and development analyst, you support IT efficiency. You configure, administer, maintain, upgrade and test the quality of business solutions, computer networks, management systems, servers and databases based on the organization's needs. You analyze issues related to IT deliveries, rollouts, infrastructure operations, controls and quality assurance. You support the more experienced professionals in your unit and help test the quality of business solutions in a small-scale focus area. You draw on your comprehensive knowledge of your line of business and your ability to manage complexity. You interact with stakeholders working in other technology fields. More specifically, you will be required to: Identify, input, analyze and interpret data based on your comprehensive knowledge of the business area to support decision-making and best practices for quality assurance and application development. Help identify, design and execute test cases, enter them in product test records and follow up on results. Help analyze risks and write reports. Help implement recommendations. Help prepare and propose action plans to develop and roll out solutions and address issues in accordance with rules and parameters. Help develop and optimize procedures and documentation. Help implement tools for your line of work.
