What it’s like to be a Northbridge Business System Analyst The Business System Analyst II, Integrations is responsible for participating in systems process analysis, needs assessments, and preliminary cost/benefits analyses in order to align information technology solutions with business initiatives on projects of an increasingly complex nature and/or business area. Work with expert users and business representatives to determine business requirements that must be met through enhancements in technology. Works with systems analysts, application developers and business analysts to identify options for potential solutions and the impact to systems, while assessing both technical and business suitability. Manage daily operations and functionality of the application within production support area, resolve production problems and errors. Test system enhancements and products for discrepancies, and document relevant data in an accurate and timely manner as required. Research, evaluate and recommend operational procedures and best practices to optimize processes and workflow efficiencies. Mentor less experienced business systems analysts to assist in future development and growth. Develop and maintain a knowledge and understanding of company operations/procedures, and insurance industry trends/developments, to enhance the Systems analysis process. You have: Post-secondary education in a related field (i.e. Computer Science, Business Administration) or equivalent combination of education and experience. Minimum 3-5 years of Business Systems experience. Minimum 1-3 years in an Integrations service or related role. Knowledge of insurance, business, and technical areas; Property and Casualty Insurance experience preferred. We really mean it when we say we put you first.
