About the Role
We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to support a major contract cleanup initiative.
In this 4-month contract role with opportunities to extend, you will be responsible for reviewing the company’s repository of customer contracts to determine their active or inactive status, organizing them into a consistent folder structure, and extracting key information for use in internal systems.
This will support the implementation of a Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) solution.
This role reports directly to the Senior Analyst of North America Sales Operations and is a great opportunity for a recent graduate to gain hands-on experience with business operations, contracts, and data management in a fast-paced, high-impact environment.

Key Responsibilities
Review and assess the status of contracts (active/inactive) based on key criteria (dates, signatures, terminations, etc.)
Clean up and restructure the digital contract folder system for clarity and consistency
Input validated contract data into a spreadsheet or CRM system
Identify and flag inconsistencies, missing information, or potential issues in contracts
Assist Sales Ops and other internal teams in retrieving and understanding contract information
Maintain accurate records and documentation of contract data and progress tracking
Qualifications
Recent university graduate (Business, Commerce, Legal Studies, or related field preferred)
Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail
Comfortable reviewing and interpreting business or legal documents (training provided)
Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets
Self-starter with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Experience working with file management systems, CRMs, or document review processes is a plus
