Position Summary 407 ETR is seeking an experienced and strategic Salesforce Marketing/Loyalty Cloud Manager to develop, execute and optimize marketing campaigns for promotions and loyalty. This role is responsible for leveraging Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Loyalty Management to deliver and optimize personalized, data driven campaigns and works cross-functionally to build and manage end-to-end journeys that drive growth and value. The successful candidate has hands-on expertise with Salesforce Marketing Cloud - Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience required, Salesforce Loyalty management experience preferred. Role Responsibilities Design and execute complex automated Salesforce campaigns: Develop and manage email templates and content blocks in Email Studio and Content Builder Use Journey Builder, Automations, and Data Extensions for seamless customer experiences Develop and manage content on emails and Web Studio Create and maintain AMPscript for dynamic content personalization in emails and landing pages Analyze campaign performance and provide reporting, insights, and recommendations to improve results and drive growth Test, optimize and innovate campaigns to improve performance and ROI Partner with data, product, and customer teams to develop and measure campaigns and increase effectiveness Manage Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Loyalty Management tools to deliver personalized experiences including platform enhancements and system integrations Provide Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Loyalty Management expertise to deliver outstanding experiences and results Provide insight and expertise for planning, roadmap development and executive reporting Technical Requirements A university degree, MBA preferred 5+ years of Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience Salesforce Marketing Cloud Certifications preferred: Salesforce Marketing Cloud Administrator Salesforce Marketing Cloud Email Specialist Experience with Salesforce Service Cloud integration an asset Hands-on expertise in AMPscript, HTML/CSS, SQL, and data extensions Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills Strong analytical skills and experience with reporting tools, e.g. Tableau Highly collaborative team player with a learning and growth mindset Excellent communication and project management skills and attention to detail Our Offer 407 ETR usage (taxable benefit) Competitive salary, bonus structure Competitive vacation package Community culture Continued education budget Expect excellence: Collaborative team, learn, and grow with a high-performance team About 407 ETR Highway 407 ETR is an all-electronic open-access toll highway located in the Greater Toronto Area in Ontario, Canada.
