In this role, you will lead a skilled team of field service technicians, engineers, and contractors. Must be located in: Ontario or Manitoba How you’ll make an impact Define, develop, and implement goals and objectives for the organization Maintain broad oversight of operations and direct timely responses to issues Promote independent actions of staff to improve operations and customer relations Ensure compliance with company policies and health and safety guidelines Provide leadership in conflict resolution and staff development Develop customer relationships and strategies to meet financial and strategic goals Collaborate with Business Development to identify and pursue new opportunities Oversee quality of work and responsiveness to customer needs Manage and ensure compliance with contractual agreements Promote staff training and manage performance Take full ownership of the field service P&L Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.
