Job Summary Job Description The Senior Manager, Proactive Advice Culture (PAC) and Client Advice Experience (CAE) is a PAC Ambassador and Champion, responsible for the delivery and development of the PAC Program through content curation, presentation materials, and enhanced skills training for Insurance Professionals across RBC, RBCI and externally to clients within the Insurance Industry. Support and implement the PAC Internal Strategy across RBC Insurance by increasing scalability and sustainability in the PAC program. Ensure the PAC culture is embedded within all RBC Insurance, the 6 tenants of PAC are in everything we do, particularly with our clients. As a PAC Champion and Ambassador, lead by example by actively demonstrating expertise with skills and behaviors of PAC and setting the standard for others to follow. Supports the creation of content for training programs, job aids, scripting, and training programs from onboarding to ongoing training ensuring content consistency and accuracy through vetting and collaboration with key partners and stakeholders. Deep level of understanding the different roles across S&D including proprietary and nonproprietary channels and national office teams. Responsible for facilitating, training, and presenting PAC training in person and virtually. Build PAC learning curriculums ensuring alignment with regulatory guidelines such as the Fair Treatment of Consumers Support PAC Level One, Two and Three Certification programs by evaluating submissions, reporting and trends, implementing strategies to support OKR’s related to PAC Certification Subject matter expert and key partner of PAC and CAE for S&D Enablement and Head Office departments Support “advice-based selling”, as the driver behind delivering the client first strategy to Win in Client Experience Assist with the coordinator for all PAC onboarding and ongoing training programs across RBC Insurance. Create and Implement the PAC External Strategy across the Insurance Industry by recruiting clients, creating and delivering program content. As a PAC Champion and Ambassador, lead by example by actively demonstrating expertise with skills and behaviors of PAC and setting the standard for others to follow. Supports the creation of content for external training programs, job aids, scripting, and training programs through digital platforms and project management Deep level of understanding the different roles across third party channels such as MGA’s and brokers Prospecting and meeting potential “clients” both at RBC and externally to build relationships Responsible for facilitating, training, and presenting PAC training in person and virtually.
