Collaborate with business units, central functions, and S&R partners to collect and assemble reporting information. Work closely and collaboratively with the S&R Operational Performance Data & Analytics team to ensure applicability and clear representation of data used in reporting. Prepare presentations and materials for senior leadership, including off-cycle reporting requests. Follow, maintain, and improve internal governance reporting processes, document control, and workflows. Who you are: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or other related field Minimum of 6 years of experience in operational performance reporting, business analysis or related subject area. Experience preparing, reviewing, and editing materials for senior leadership levels. Ability to manage multiple deadlines and produce accurate high-quality outputs in a dynamic environment. Effective written and verbal communication skills with the ability to convey complex information clearly. Strong analytical, communications, problem-solving, and quantitative skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), Adobe, and data visualization tools (Power BI). Working Conditions: Office based. Under 5% travel.
