As we expand our AI product suite across the dental industry, we're seeking a BDR who thrives in fast-paced environments, is energized by outbound prospecting, and is passionate about uncovering growth opportunities. You’ll be on the front lines of innovation—introducing cutting-edge AI solutions to existing clients of our integrated dental companies.

Key Responsibilities
Engage with existing clients across our integrated dental portfolio to promote upcoming AI solutions
Drive outbound prospecting campaigns using established go-to-market channels
Identify and qualify high-potential leads and pass them to subsidiary sales teams
Maintain accurate lead records and interaction details in the CRM (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
Hit and exceed performance targets tied to lead generation, qualification, and ARR contribution
Collaborate closely with sales and marketing to optimize messaging and outreach strategies
Stay ahead of market trends and customer insights in the dental industry to help guide outreach and product positioning
2+ years of experience in SaaS sales—ideally with exposure to dental tech or software
Proven track record in cold prospecting, objection handling, and consistently hitting or exceeding targets
Comfortable operating independently with a self-starter mindset and hunter sales mentality
Experience with CRM systems and sales engagement tools
Curious and passionate about helping customers adopt cutting-edge tech
Fluent in English (verbal and written)
Legally authorized to work in Canada
