Job Description
Experience: Minimum 12–14 years in Dynamics 365 CE (CRM) with strong technical and client-facing skills.
Technical Skills:
Expertise in Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (Sales, Service – must-have) and familiarity with other Microsoft Dynamics 365 suite products.
Ability to facilitate detailed design from requirements and support construction and deployment.
Experience designing components in a Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA) environment, with strong technical expertise in middleware tools (preferably Mulesoft).
Proficiency in Dynamics 365 Online & On-Premise implementations and prior versions.
Capable of providing highly available, scalable Dynamics 365 architecture.
Hands-on experience with C#.NET, JavaScript, MS SQL, MS CRM SDK, MSD developer toolkit, and SSRS.
Subject matter expertise in integration architecture and mapping integration patterns to functional usage.
Experience with MS CRM and third-party integration using middleware tools, APIs (REST, OData, Web APIs), and SSIS packages.
Familiarity with Azure services for integration (Azure Functions, Service Bus, etc.), PCF controls, Power Apps, and Power Automate for upstream/downstream system integrations.
Experience in data migration, including data analysis, mapping, and harmonization using out-of-the-box and third-party tools—preferably with Azure Data Factory.
Knowledge of reporting architecture using SSRS and familiarity with Power BI.
Good to have: knowledge of the latest Dynamics 365 features (Sales Insights, Customer Service Insights, Customer Voice, etc.).
