We are looking for a Specialist, Agency Operations, who will support our Agency Operations team and lead administrative functions across our family of portfolios, including Grocery Retail, Shoppers Drug Mart and Control Brands. This role will primarily manage paid media releases and managing Creative Governance meetings. Additional duties might include timeline/status support and working with our brand and cross-functional partners to manage tactical projects. What you’ll do
Be the key contact on our agency teams to help drive media releases and support weekly creative governance meetings on Grocery retail.
Create project plans to govern all campaigns/initiatives
Identify and escalate risks while helping mitigate and manage teams accordingly
Iterate and troubleshoot as necessary to deliver to success
Support as capacity permits, in managing tactical projects and timelines.
Establish key project milestones to ensure project delivery, including major stakeholder check-ins
Help manage stakeholder reviews and approvals throughout the lifecycle of the project
Establish status meeting approach and guidance for participation
Prepare and circulate consolidated meeting documentation post meeting
Opportunity to work closely with cross-functional teams including creative, production, and agency operations to ensure seamless project execution.
What you’ll need
Bachelor's degree in a related field
1+ years of relevant experience with a proven track record of successfully delivering projects
Proficiency in project management tools and MS Suite
Strong communication skills
Detail-oriented, highly organized, and adept at managing multiple projects simultaneously
Knowledge of production workflows and emerging technologies/automation considered an asset
A customer-focused approach
Resourceful and ability to prioritize projects
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
