About the Role:

Responsibilities:
Perform routine maintenance and repairs on a variety of vehicles.
Diagnose and troubleshoot automotive issues using advanced diagnostic tools.
Assist in the training and mentoring of junior technicians and apprentices.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment to ensure safety.
Communicate effectively with customers regarding service needs and recommendations.
Stay updated on the latest automotive technologies and repair techniques.
Participate in ongoing training and development programs.
Ensure compliance with all safety and environmental regulations.
Requirements:
Valid Ontario Automotive Service Technician License or equivalent.
Completion of 3rd or 4th year apprenticeship program in automotive service.
Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Knowledge of automotive systems and technologies.
Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
