ROLE: OFFICE EXPERIENCE COORDINATOR

ROLE OVERVIEW:
The Office Experience Coordinator will work across all teams and departments, supporting the Office Manager and Operations Director with general operation and maintenance of Salt’s office and administrative duties.

CORE RESPONSIBILTIES:
Office & Facilities Management
This role is full-time in office, Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 4:30pm
Ownership of overall facilities maintenance to ensure a functional, inviting and clean working environment, including but not limited to: kitchen and bathroom maintenance during the day, inventory and restocking of office supplies, workstation and meeting room organization etc.
Front of house: greeting and welcoming guests, clients, vendors etc., maintain office security
Working collaboratively with office partners and suppliers including property management, cleaners, corporate suppliers etc.
Supporting employees and guests with office inquiries
Supporting with in-office events including meeting room scheduling, catering, event set-up and tear-down, hosting external clients or vendors etc.
Administrative Support
Managing mail and package delivery at the office – accepting and scheduling deliveries, receiving and communicating arrival of mail and packages to recipients
Assisting in the creation and implementation of office policies and procedures to enhance efficiency
Assisting with other administrative tasks as required
Operations Support
Supporting the Director of Operations with proactive operational initiatives such as: Internal systems audits, platform & productivity tools research, vendor sourcing and management etc.
EXPERIENCE & SKILLS
Minimum 2-3 years experience in a similar role and/or proven transferrable skills
Thrives under pressure and adapts well to a fast-paced environment
High level of efficiency and accuracy, strong attention to detail
Strong work ethic and initiative - keenness for rolling up their sleeves and getting the job done
Excellent time management skills - able to maintain an efficient daily routine while managing unexpected requests in a timely manner
Adaptability and strong problem-solving skills, critical thinker
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Professional and friendly demeanor - ability to build rapport and collaborate with others internally and externally
Organized with the ability to multi-task if required
Proactive attitude with a passion for improving process and in-office environment
Proficient in Microsoft 365 & good understanding of general office technology
REQUIREMENTS
Ability to work from the office Monday-Friday 8:30am – 4:30pm
Access to a vehicle is beneficial but not mandatory
