What You'll Be Doing
Own the customer acquisition funnel from paid channels to onboarding flows, with a focus on driving consistent growth through testing and iteration
Oversee Venn’s website, content strategy, customer emails, and onboarding flows to improve acquisition and activation
Define and refine how Venn’s products are positioned in the market with messaging that speaks to our ideal customer profiles
Create a consistent stream of content including blogs, landing pages, case studies, and email campaigns that drive traffic and signups
Collaborate with product and sales to align campaigns, share feedback, and support go-to-market efforts
Continuously test and evolve our website to improve messaging, SEO, and conversion performance
Explore and launch new channels and tactics to expand reach and drive awareness
Track growth metrics, analyze performance, and adjust strategy based on data and insights
What we’re looking for:
6+ years of experience in B2B growth, demand generation, or performance marketing, ideally at a startup
Deep experience running paid acquisition campaigns with a strong analytical foundation
Strong track record of scaling paid media budgets across diverse channels including search, social, TV, audio, OOH, and affiliate
Strong grasp of website optimization, SEO, and conversion rate improvement
Experience collaborating with product, design, and sales to align efforts and share insights
A balance of strategic thinking and hands-on execution
Passion for innovation, test-and-learn culture, and holding self and others accountable to results
Comfortable operating in a lean, fast-paced environment and wearing multiple hats
