A Stylist will:
Deliver a personalized experience through curated choices that reflect each customer’s unique style and preferences
Demonstrate a strong ability to build outfits and increase customer basket size across multiple product categories
Offer exceptional fitting room service, creating complete looks and demonstrating the impact of wearing versus styling
Stay updated, and share expert level of product knowledge and styling tips covering everything from ways to wear, overall fit, fabric, and care instructions
Exceed all corporate and personal goals and contribute to the store’s overall success with passion and integrity
Grow a personal client list by consistently acquiring new customers while also inspiring and retaining existing loyal customer base
Communicate regularly with personal client lists through phone, email, and social media regarding in-store events, merchandise requests, special offers, etc.
Be supportive in satisfying all customer requests and collaborate with management team as necessary to ensure a seamless experience
Work as a team to maintain a clean and well-organized store environment
Provide support to the Store Operations team upon request, based on needs
Exemplify the company’s vision, mission, and values
A Stylist has:
Great style sense and are confident in fashion trends and outfit building
Availability to work a flexible full-time schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as per business needs
Minimum of 2 years of experience as a stylist or retail sales associate
Prior experience in a target-based sales environment is an asset
Ability to work in a fast paced environment that requires multitasking while maintaining a customer focus
High school diploma
Social media skills, knowledge of mobile devices, and computer skills
