Service New Brunswick is seeking an individual to join the People and Culture branch as a bilingual Talent Acquisition Consultant working in New Brunswick.
As a member of the Strategic Talent Acquisition team, the successful candidate will be responsible to provide full cycle recruitment services to client groups within SNB. The successful candidate will be responsible for:
Working with hiring managers to draft engaging job advertisments
Finding creative outlets to promote employment opportunities
Screening of candidate applications
Creating and coordinating a variety of testing and assessment activities
Scheduling interviews and preparing documents for the interview board
Chairing interview boards and guiding clients through the selection process
Consulting with hiring managers on candidate selection and offer
Preparing offer letter packages
Participating in events to promote SNB as an employer of choice (i.e. presentations in schools, job/career fairs)
Managing day-to-day Talent Acquisition communications and marketing needs (social media posts, job ad sharing, link to corporate comms contacts and resources)
Other innovative and exciting projects as assigned.
ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS: University degree in a related field and experience with recruitment. An equivalent combination of education, training and experience may be considered.
Written and spoken competence in English and French is required. Please state your language capability.

ASSET QUALIFICATIONS: Preference may be given to candidates that demonstrate:
Coursework in human resources, a recognized Human Resources designation; diploma or certificate.
Experience working in a public sector environment
Experience conducting and leading interviews
Demonstrated knowledge of interviewing techniques
Subject to the response to this competition, candidates may be required to demonstrate on their application one or more of the asset qualifications in addition to the essential qualifications in order to be given further consideration.
OPERATIONAL REQUIREMENTS: The following operational requirement is also required:
This position may require some travelling within the province therefore candidates must possess a valid New Brunswick driver’s license
Candidates will be required to undergo Criminal History Clearance prior to appointment.

Salary: $52,442 - $73,268 annually – Pay Band 3 – Management and Non-Union Pay Plan
