The primary focus will be on creating concepts that align with Indigo's brand and business goals to enhance the Customer Experience.KEY PERFORMANCE METRICSCompletion of new store projects on time, on budget, and within scopeElevation of store design and experience (both for customers and employees)Customer satisfaction, as evidenced by stakeholder feedbackKEY ACCOUNTABILITIESFunctionalSupport the development of new store designs and assist with managing concept and millwork development drawings.Working closely with cross-functional departments on projects as applicableWorking closely with architects, consultants (Architects of Record, MEP engineers, Structural engineers, Lighting Designers), fabricators and suppliersContributes to design solutions that achieve merchandising goals outlined in the design briefResponsible for the execution of team deliverablesProduce CAD fixture floorplans for large and small format projectsProduce CAD & 3D renderings where necessary to illustrate the effectiveness of new designs, plans and fixturesSupport the design and roll-out of fixturesUnderstand and apply Indigo's Store Design standards to store projectsResponsible for maintaining and updating the database of the current fixture floorplans, fixture drawings, and photographs of all storesResponsible for sourcing samples from suppliers and maintaining the materials library.Take on special projects assigned by senior team membersEmbrace and seek out solutions that support the omni-channel, online / in-store integrated customer experienceEnsure the store experience is best-in-class, acting as an advocate for the customer and employee by placing them at the forefront of all design and decision-making processesPeopleCollaborate with others to drive flexible and iterative solutions, quickly and easily.Share technical knowledge with others and actively seek to learn from those more knowledgeable than yourself.Support others to see the impacts of their efforts and proactively engage other functions to get input.Encourage others to freely share their perspectives and be open to feedback.
