Your Moneris Career - The Opportunity You will support Moneris' End-User Enablement Device Technologies and strategy. This includes supporting our MDM SaaS platform to drive automation and allow end-user self-service, image development and release strategy for Windows 11, end-user hardware and software standardization, drive automation through scripting, Device Management Solutions (i.e., Intune, Jamf, Defender), and GPO administration through active directory. You will also provide third level support to Service Desk and 2nd Level support teams to ensure and provide accurate support for unresolved end-user escalations. Location: You will be based in our Toronto office, balancing in-office collaboration with remote flexibility. Reporting Relationship: You will report to the Manager, End-user Services Your Moneris Career - What you'll do Use Intune and Jamf to configure and facilitate application deployments and endpoint patching. Configure and administer device enrollment and workloads to drive automation initiatives such as autopilot. Manage Windows, macOS, Android, and iOS end-point devices through Microsoft Intune and related SaaS platforms. Help to maintain end-user hardware and software standards. Responsible for the image development, security, and release strategy execution for Windows 11 and macOS computing endpoints. Patch and vulnerability management execution of endpoints through Intune and other SaaS platforms. Create, modify, and deploy GPOs, Compliance policies to meet our requirements. Develop PowerShell scripts to automate application deployment, proactive remediation and promote end-user self-service. Provide third level support to Service Desk and Deskside staff for complex end-user escalations not resolved through standard support channels. Your Moneris Career - What you bring Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related business experience 5+ years related experience in an end-user enablement and support role Minimum 2-3 years experience working with PowerShell scripting and facilitate patch management and application deployments Minimum 3-5 years experience with active directory group policy management Minimum 2-3 years experience with application scripting and automation Experience with Microsoft Intune. Related experience configuring and facilitating application deployments, patching, configuring device enrollment and workloads to drive automation Experience working with Active Directory and Group Policy Management Fluent in English (reading, writing, and verbal); Fluency in French is considered an asset Familiarity with Microsoft Graph API for scripting against Microsoft Intune, Entra ID, and Azure services to extend automation capabilities beyond built-in tools Your Moneris Career - What you get At Moneris, we believe in empowering you to succeed—personally and professionally.
