You will play a pivotal role in our support of this state-of-the-art warehouse. You will work closely with various teams to ensure that customer’s assets optimally optimized and available. As a Maintenance engineer you are responsible for ensuring the optimal performance and availability of the company’s automated systems and solutions. They apply engineering principles and methods to analyze, monitor, improve, and maintain the reliability of the systems throughout their lifecycle. Essential Functions (Job Duties and Responsibilities): Analyze system failures and performance issues and identify root causes and corrective actions. Translates maintenance concepts into executable and effective maintenance plans. Prepares and implements maintenance plans in our Maximo maintenance management system, including asset tree, inventory management, performance dashboards, reports, etc. Uses and develops analysis methods for determining maintenance demands for components, equipment, and systems. Acquires maintenance data and analyses the data to optimize maintenance plans. Collaborate with other engineers, technicians, and stakeholders to ensure the reliability of the systems and solutions. Troubleshoot and resolve any reliability issues or defects related to the warehouse system. Execute the yearly maintenance plan for the systems and solutions and ensure compliance with the contractual and regulatory requirements. Coordinate with the maintenance team and the customer to schedule and perform the maintenance activities and document the results and feedback. Responsible for Work-order management executed by internal and external parties & Capture all data in Maximo maintenance management system Update and maintain the CMMS database with accurate and relevant information. Analyze and report the CMMS data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for reliability improvement. Audit the quality of the work orders generated by the CMMS, and ensure they are clear, complete, and consistent. Provide feedback and training to the maintenance team on how to use the CMMS effectively and efficiently. Organize all materials, tools, permits and the right competences for executing the service Required Education and Experience: Bachelor’s Degree Minimum 3 years of experience in reliability engineering or related field. Advanced user with Microsoft Office suite Must possess a passport Preferred Qualifications: Work experience in automated material handling solutions is an asset Experience with CMMS, Qliksense Knowledge-Skills-Abilities (Competencies): Knowledge of reliability engineering principles, methods, tools, and standards. Maintenance engineering and technical background. Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills. Ability to work independently and in a team environment. Proficiency in using CMMS or similar software applications. Position Type/Expected Hours of Work: This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday This position supports sites with 24/7 operations, untraditional hours may be necessary from time to time. Travel: This position requires occasional domestic and international travel to the USA and potentially Europe. Supervisory Responsibility: This position has no direct reports. Salary range: This is a full-time, nonexempt position, eligible to receive a base salary and to participate in an annual performance bonus program. The salary range listed represents the maximum and minimum starting base pay for this position as of the time of posting. Final salary offered will be determined based on factors including but not limited to the candidate's skills and experience. The annual performance bonus program is preset and not candidate dependent. Salary range for this position is CAD$82,000 to CAD$87,000 Aspire. Grow. Achieve.
