About This Opportunity:
We’re looking for a proactive, solutions-focused Enablement Specialist to shape and drive impactful training and support programs for our global Customer Support teams. In this role, you will design and implement innovative learning solutions that directly empower our support agents to excel in delivering exceptional customer support. This position requires strong communication skills, a clear understanding of adult learning principles, and the ability to convert technical information into effective, accessible training materials. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure our support workforce is equipped with the skills, tools, and insights needed to meet evolving business goals.

Primary responsibilities, including but not limited to:
Program Implementation: Execute enablement programs that support global support analysts, addressing both immediate and long-term skill development needs.
Training Delivery: Facilitate select live training sessions in partnership with Support leadership, ensuring content aligns with key performance indicators (KPIs) and offers an engaging learning experience. Live Training delivery requires intervals of availability during North American Business hours
Resource Library Management: Develop and maintain training materials within the Learning Management System (LMS), ensuring easy access to current, high-quality resources.
Best Practice Sharing: Promote best practices across the support team, working with Operations to enhance knowledge sharing and optimize support effectiveness.
Consistency & Adoption: Drive adoption of AI first methodologies, tools, and best practices within enablement programs, ensuring standardization across support functions.
What it takes to be successful:
Clear Communication: Exceptional proactive verbal and written communication skills, particularly with respect to adult learning and technical material translation.
Strategic Adaptability: Ability to stay organized, responsive, and proactive in a dynamic environment, effectively managing the rollout of training materials within shifting timelines.
Content Advocate: Passionate and driven to enhance the quality and effectiveness of content to support the growth and success of technical support teams.
Education and Experience:
Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience.
Strong proficiency with LMS tools and experience creating accessible, online training content.
Experience or strong interest in enablement, training, or a related role—experience in a SaaS or tech environment is a plus
Exposure to developing or supporting training programs, ideally for teams in different locations or time zones.
