Job Description We are currently seeking an innovative Software Developer, Co-op/Intern to join our Sales & Marketing team in Burnaby or remotely within Canada. Applicants should be available for a minimum of a 4-month work term, part-time or full-time. You will be working on our Sales & Marketing team on a website redesign project. This position will also expand on the candidate’s web design and development skills. You will work directly with the Marketing team and gain exposure to the Executive Team as well as members of the R&D team as part of the project. What you'll work on: Lead the redesign and development of the company website using Webflow, working from concept to deployment. Collaborate closely with the Marketing team to translate brand and messaging goals into a modern, user-friendly web experience. Interface with the Executive Team to understand strategic direction and present design iterations. Coordinate with R&D team members as needed to ensure technical accuracy and potential integration points. Apply best practices in responsive design, accessibility, SEO, and performance optimization. Participate in regular feedback and review cycles to iterate and improve the website during the term. What you may have: Experience using Webflow or a similar visual web development platform (e.g., Wix Studio, Framer). Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and responsive design principles. A strong eye for UI/UX design, layout, typography, and visual storytelling. Experience working from a design system or with brand guidelines. Ability to gather input from cross-functional stakeholders and turn it into actionable design updates. Interest in marketing and an understanding of how website design impacts brand perception and lead generation.
