We’re looking for a Part-Time Office Manager who thrives on keeping things organized, welcoming, and engaging. This role goes beyond daily operations—you’ll play a key part in shaping the employee experience and ensuring the office runs seamlessly.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the reception desk, warmly welcoming guests, candidates, and suppliers while coordinating deliveries.
Oversee office operations, including maintenance, vendor relations, inventory management, and equipment ordering.
Ensure seamless scheduling by monitoring and coordinating meeting room bookings.
Supervise and collaborate with the cleaning team to maintain a clean, organized workspace, including the kitchen and common areas.
Coordinate office maintenance, handling repairs and installations as needed.
Provide administrative support to various departments and senior managers while partnering with HR to plan and execute office events.
Serve as the key point of contact with global offices, ensuring smooth communication and coordination across locations.
Requirements
At least 1 year of experience in office management, facilities coordination, or administrative roles.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
Proactive and detail-oriented, with a hands-on approach to problem-solving.
Independent and resourceful, while thriving in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with employees, vendors, and stakeholders.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, or similar workplace tools.
