What You'll Do:
Engage with members who’ve asked to learn more about their coverage options
Conduct needs-based consultations over Zoom or phone
Recommend tailored insurance solutions based on each family’s circumstances
Support clients through the application and enrollment process
Follow up to ensure satisfaction and long-term retention
Attend team huddles, leadership calls, and optional skills workshops
What You Bring:
A strong sense of responsibility and professionalism
Confidence in speaking with others and explaining options clearly
The ability to self-manage in a remote environment
Basic digital fluency (email, Zoom, web forms)
Previous experience in customer service, sales, or team leadership is helpful, but not required
Authorization to work in the U.S. or Canada
