Role Overview:
We’re seeking a seasoned Account Director to take the lead on customer lifecycle strategy across multiple high-growth client accounts. This is a strategic leadership role—ideal for someone who has partnered with large, complex brands and knows what exceptional lifecycle marketing looks like from the inside out.
You should be comfortable owning both the strategic vision and tactical execution of enterprise-level retention programs—guiding planning, overseeing performance, and pushing for continuous growth. We want someone who’s not just followed a roadmap but has helped build it—someone who’s been in the room with key stakeholders, crafted the strategy, and driven it to results.
Your responsibilities:
Own retention strategy a range of high-growth DTC brands
Strategize, build and optimize full lifecycle systems
Lead client strategy calls and oversee all retention performance
Guide internal teams on execution and campaign production
Spot gaps, bring ideas, and push the work forward
Fluent in both spoken and written English
5+ years of experience in retention and lifecycle marketing
Proven track record working with large and complex brands (Nice to have: U.S. DTC e-commerce brands)
Advanced Klaviyo expertise—well beyond basic, plug-and-play flows
Hands-on experience with enterprise-level retention strategies and marketing automations
Exceptional strategic thinking and client leadership abilities

Prior experience working in an agency or across multiple accounts
