Responsibilities include:
butchery and preparations of menu items
daily supervision of the work of others as MOD
time management of the kitchen team
working above and beyond to make each guest experience a true one of a kind
ordering stock
monthly inventory counts
menu collaboration
working a section and closing the kitchen daily
managing the cleaning schedule
upholding AG standards of quality and professionalism
Reports to: Executive Chef / Director of Food and Beverage
Company Relationships: General Manager, Accounting, Hotel Department Heads
