Job Summary Process Risk COE and Strategic Execution (PRSE) is part of the RBC Enterprise Control’s Office, an RBC cross enterprise function is designed to unify and strengthen First Line of Defense (1LOD) risk activities across all Business Units (BUs) and Functions, driving consistency and bolstering control practices. The Process Risk Management team is a new mandate focused being a trusted advisor to 1LOD risk managers by developing, implementing, and training on a proactive, standardized, scalable process management discipline that empowers the bank to reduce risk and execute processes consistently and independently to drive business improvement and deliver on strategic objectives. Working within a high-performance area of the bank, the team provides opportunities for skill development, career advancement, and the chance to work on the bank’s most ambitious initiatives. Job Description Perform comprehensive process reviews and analyses leveraging frameworks, approaches, tools and methodologies and develop robust recommendations to support Group Executive, segment Operating Committees, and lines of business on enterprise processes Leverage process engineering methodologies to develop proposals and recommendations for Senior Leaders and Executives that are well developed, articulated on profile high impact strategies, and action plans that drive business outcomes Lead and facilitate design sessions with stakeholders to diagnose and design future state processes and proposals to improve operational risk and drive business value to the enterprise Leverage Data and technology solutions set to ensure high levels of automation, digitization and scalability of design recommendations Develop process playbooks that outline current and future state analysis of business processes, systems and data to design scalable business solutions to reduce risk, increase efficiency and customer experience Facilitate Project Sponsor awareness of changes being introduced into the organization by the project and appropriately manage organizational change management.
