Job Summary Job Description What is your opportunity? The Business Continuity Management Central Team (BCMCT) supports the organization with incident management routines and real time incidents, employee mass communication tool usage, work area recovery testing, and adoption of customized business recovery strategies. You will assist with the coordination of tactical planning and activities to achieve desired results in these main categories of work. Additionally, you will contribute to the overall development of process maps, procedural documentation, and the maintenance of our internal online content and resources for the BCM community of professionals. What will you do? Support the enablement of BCM Advisors for potential business disruptions through the development & availability of incident management documentation, tools, and resources Coordinates tactical BCM activities and support the BCMCT in a variety of capacities in testing, meetings, and data collection Ability to travel to the different work area recovery locations within the GTA region, and support business operations with an onsite presence starting from 3-5 days/week Conduct periodic audits on recovery sites to maintain the integrity of the recovery solution, personnel access to the building, and key stakeholder list What do you need to succeed? College or University degree in Business Administration, Technology, or BCM and Emergency Management Strong ability in written and oral communication skills, presentation skills, and ability to process map routines and interactions in a complex ecosystem. Ability to determine the information and communication needs of the stakeholders and project. Ability to support large business incident management teams Advanced Proficiency in leveraging and using MS Office tools & Everbridge Nice-to-have: 5-10 year’s experience in the BCM & Emergency Management Minimum 5 year’s experience in the Financial industry Working with executives during incidents and business disruptions to restore to business as usual What’s in it for you?
