What You'll Do
Lead and supervise the maintenance crew, contractors, and subcontractors while promoting a safe, positive work environment.
Plan, schedule, and improve preventive maintenance, shutdowns, and equipment reliability to reduce downtime.
Drive continuous improvement by identifying root causes, implementing solutions, and managing maintenance systems and contracts.
Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and company policies while managing training, development, and cost control.
What You Offer
Degree or diploma in mechanical engineering or equivalent work experience.
3–5 years in a supervisory role within a manufacturing or sawmill environment.
Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic systems, PLCs, and CMMS (EAM, SAP, MAXIMO).
Proven safety leadership, strong interpersonal skills, team management, and decision-making under pressure.
