Job Summary The Head, Business Process Owner/BPO Operational Lead, is responsible for overseeing the management, optimization, and integration of business processes within our network as well as all related items to operational data. This role serves as the key liaison between data management teams, IT, business stakeholders, and leadership to ensure data accuracy, consistency, across the organization. Principal Responsibilities Business Process Management: Oversee and improve data-related overall business processes to enhance efficiency and quality. Responsible for process blockers and ensuring the team makes adjustment of corresponding data Oversee team responsible for data workflows and troubleshooting process-related issues to support ongoing business objectives Data Governance and Quality: Work with Data Governance to establish practices to ensure data integrity and compliance with relevant standards and regulations. Define, develop, and document operational data processes, standards, and best practices to ensure business alignment Oversee management of remediation of data audits and validations. Stakeholder Collaboration: Act as the primary point of contact for BPO streams to ensure strategy alignment cross functionally. Collaborate with Data Governance, IT BPEs, data analysts, and business units to align data initiatives with organizational goals. Ensure business processes are reviewed cross functionally to drive process improvements and troubleshoot blockers Align senior leadership on all organizational changes, processes and status updates Qualifications & Experience Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Data Management, Information Systems, or a related field. Lean six sigma certifications would be considered a strong asset. Experience: Minimum of 7-10 years of leadership experience in business transformation, process improvement, data management Experience in operational data environments and business process ownership. Proven track record of driving process improvements and data quality initiatives. Hands-on experience with SAP ERP systems Experience in business processes within a manufacturing driven enterprise Skills: Proficiency with data management tools (e.g., SQL, ERP systems, data visualization software). Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Project management experience is highly desirable. Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities. Competencies: Detail-oriented with a focus on data accuracy and consistency. Strong leadership and team collaboration skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
