About the Role In this role you’ll be a part of the Evisort design team at Workday, where you’ll own and lead design and research on product initiatives in the Contract Workflow, Contracts AI, document intelligence and related areas. Key responsibilities are: Ship world class features with world class experiences to our customers, including for functionality that has no precedent and requires heavy imagination and innovation. Deeply understand our customer and user base and design best-in-class solutions from first principles for any challenge we seek to solve. Serve as the designer on product initiatives. Rapidly design, build, and deploy prototypes, wireframes, and product designs. Present, test and iterate on designs including incorporating internal and external user feedback. Conduct and lead user research on your design initiatives. Participate in and lead design sprints. Mentor and participate in peer review to help the entire design team level up and contribute great work. Anticipate and respond to changing market conditions, business requirements, and user needs, with a focus on AI and ML in an enterprise environment. Deliver outstanding user-centric product solutions that address complex requirements.
