Official Internal Job Title: Commercial Insurance Clerk Status: Student (Fixed Term) Job Description: Sous l’autorité immédiate du chef de service, le titulaire assure un soutien technique au secteur de l’assurance des entreprises dans l’exécution de tâches générales de bureau. Vous vous réaliserez dans les fonctions suivantes : Procéder de façon journalière au dépouillement et à l’acheminement du courrier au personnel de la direction. Traiter la correspondance électronique reçue par télécopieur et par courriel à l’aide du logiciel de gestion des documents, achemine la correspondance aux destinataires ou au plan de travail des équipes concernées. Procéder à la préparation, à la numérisation et à l’indexation des documents physiques en s’assurant de la qualité de l’image. Classer les documents originaux dans des boîtes qui seront entreposées pour destruction ultérieure. Procéder à l’émission de documents tels que certificats d’assurance, émissions, modifications et renouvellements de contrats pour des programmes d’assurance nécessitant un traitement particulier à l’aide du logiciel Word et Excel. Procéder à l’émission de lettres à la clientèle concernant des demandes de corrections à effectuer à la suite des inspections réalisées. Effectuer le suivi des demandes de correction transmises à la clientèle. Effectuer différentes tâches de soutien administratif. Vos talents et vos qualifications : Détenir un diplôme d’études professionnelles en secrétariat (DEP). Maitriser les logiciels Word et Excel, environnement Windows.
