About this position: What you’ll do: Leads delivery of resident-centered care services on a shift- by-shift basis and in accordance with program goals and processes Evaluates effectiveness of high-quality care and service provision on an ongoing basis Liaises with residents, families and health authority What you’ll need: Completion of Practical Nurse program from an accredited educational institution and practicing membership of the British Columbia College of Nurses and Midwives Minimum of two years experience successfully coordinating care and service delivery within a complex care environment preferred First Aid certificate required Perks & Benefits Job variety, no two days will be the same Amazing residents with rich life stories Competitive salary and benefits NOTE: In an effort to further protect our vulnerable residents as well as other employees and volunteers, AgeCare requires all new employees to produce a clear Vulnerable Record Search prior to starting work.
