Transact and book services and add-ons for customer orders. Communicate with customers over phone and email while maintaining customer relationships. Partner with our Home Delivery team and gain insight on operations and logistics. Have a direct impact on brand image. What we’re looking for: Strong communication skills (e-mail and phone) Highly skilled in customer escalations in similar retail and web retail services 1-2 years providing exceptional customer service.
