? THE ROLE – CLIENT ONBOARDING & IMPLEMENTATION LEAD
We’re looking for a detail-driven, organized, client-facing operator who’s excited to lead the onboarding experience from end to end.
This isn’t a passive role—we’re looking for someone who thrives in a fast-moving startup environment and is eager to step into more responsibility over time.
? RESPONSIBILITIES
? Client Onboarding & Coordination
Prepare for and co-host onboarding calls with clients
Collect assets: CRM logins, calendar links, lead sources, tone documents, etc.
Ensure setup milestones are tracked, organized, and on time
Be the main point of contact for clients during onboarding (Slack & Zoom)
?? System Setup & QA
Help configure AI scripts, lead flows, CRM tagging, and follow-up logic
QA new systems before launching live (accuracy, clarity, tone, etc.)
Coordinate with developers, media, and product leads to launch campaigns
Refine and maintain internal SOPs and process documents
? Process Ownership & Team Growth
Improve the onboarding experience with feedback and iteration
Build internal documentation, guides, and templates
Train and manage future onboarding assistants or coordinators
Eventually own onboarding delivery from A to Z
Based in Vancouver (remote-friendly, but local is key for in-person syncs)
1–3 years of experience in client success, onboarding, project coordination, operations, or implementation roles
A strong communicator who can keep things moving across multiple clients and teams
Tech-savvy—comfortable with tools like CRMs (e.g. GoHighLevel, HubSpot), Slack, Notion, Zapier, Google Workspace
Process-driven, detail-obsessed, and not afraid to take initiative
Bonus if you’ve worked in a SaaS, agency, startup, or high-ticket B2B environment
