Zeeva Care, a Collaborative Psychotherapy Group, is now hiring a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team!

Zeeva is hiring an Administrative Assistant who supports the daily operations of the practice, including phone communication, documentation, basic HR functions, internal communications, spreadsheets, and coordinating between staff members. Responsibilities also include maintaining office supplies, managing incoming and outgoing mail, records requests, correspondence, event planning, and scheduling coordination.
Ideal candidate has a background in mental health. Must be tech savvy, able to take direction but also think on their feet, a quick learner, organized, and have strong attention to detail. Strong communication and customer service skills are essential.
Additional responsibilities include maintaining SOPs, documentation, and workflows.

What We’re Looking For:
Ideally a Bachelor’s degree (psychology or related field preferred)
Friendly, clear, and confident phone communication skills
Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new systems quickly (GoHighLevel, EHRs, Google Sheets, etc.)
Strong attention to detail and high level of organization
Ability to take direction while thinking on your feet
Eagerness to learn, collaborate, and support others
Customer service mindset and people-first approach
Prior experience in mental health, healthcare, or service settings is a plus—but not required
