We are looking for a Senior Software Developer.As a Senior Software Developer specializing in OnBase, you will oversee the full software development lifecycle for enterprise content management and decision automation solutions. You will lead a hybrid team across onshore and offshore locations, ensuring high-quality delivery, architectural integrity, and alignment with business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Solution Design & Delivery• Lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable solutions using OnBase • Translate business requirements into technical specifications and architecture.• Ensure integration with enterprise systems and data sources.
Quality & Standards• Enforce coding, usability, and quality standards across teams.• Collaborate with QA to implement automated testing and continuous integration pipelines.• Conduct code reviews and mentor developers on best practices.
Technical Leadership• Provide technical direction and mentorship to developers across geographies.• Manage technical debt and drive continuous improvement initiatives.• Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend adoption where appropriate.
Stakeholder Collaboration• Partner with Product Owners, Business Analysts, and Architects to define technical requirements.• Coordinate with Governance, Security, and Compliance teams to ensure regulatory alignment.• Act as a liaison between onshore leadership and offshore delivery teams.Key Capabilities:• Adaptability: Rapidly learn and apply new technologies and frameworks.• Decision-Making: Use data and experience to guide architectural and design choices.• Collaboration: Communicate effectively with cross-functional and cross-cultural teams.• Efficiency: Prioritize tasks and manage time effectively across multiple projects.Required Qualifications:• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.• 7–12 years of software development experience, with at least 3 years in a lead role.• Proven experience with:• OnBase configuration, workflow, and integration.• IBM ODM/Rules Engine for business rule management.• Leading initiatives and managing teams.• Experience with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and distributed team structures.• Knowledge of enterprise architecture and data governance principles-
The base salary for this position is between $70,500 - $ 117,400 annually. This represents base salary only and does not represent other variable compensation components of our total compensation ( i.e. annual bonus, commission etc).
