What You'll Be Doing Partner with business leaders to align HR strategies with operational goals Provide guidance on employee relations, performance management, and organizational development Support talent acquisition, onboarding, and workforce planning initiatives Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion across all HR practices Drive continuous improvement in HR processes and employee engagement What Are We Looking For Proven ability to build strong, trust-based relationships with stakeholders at all levels Demonstrated capability in navigating complex employee relations and organizational change Strong communication, coaching, and conflict resolution skills Strategic mindset with a hands-on approach to problem-solving Knowledge of provincial labour and employment statutes Ability to handle sensitive matters with discretion and professionalism Proficiency in HR systems and databases; Workday preferred. Strong computer skills including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. CHRP designation is an asset Work Environment This role operates in a dynamic, collaborative environment with both office and field-based interactions. Flexibility to travel to various sites may be required to support business needs.
