Hiring Unit: Arts Dean's Office Supervisor: Associate Director of Buildings Duties and Tasks: - Key inventory: Review the keys currently in the possession of the Dean’s office, and sort them by building. Create a list of keys in Microsoft Lists. - Space audits: Visit the arts rooms and match the qualities of the rooms to a checklist. - Windows 11 non-compliant evergreening-ineligible computer retirement. Communication with users according to a script; accompaniment through ALP process; ticket submission for installation of peripherals, etc - Asset management: Review monthly asset inventory changes document, and compare to SNOW records to ensure accuracy and visibility. Set up and maintained an inventory of Arts-purchased computer peripherals (adaptors, headsets, webcams, etc.). As needed, visit offices and workspaces to log computers for inventory or removal purposes - TA cubicle booking/Lobby booking - Respond to emails (based on prepared script); maintain signage; make special bookings (non-standard times, double bookings, etc); approve and deny bookings based on criteria - Software distribution: Monitor software request forms and perform initial triage of requests based on criteria - Outreach: Calendar management for chair/director outreach meetings.
