What you’ll achieve As a Principal Software Technologist, you will design, develop, and integrate firmware and host drivers for L1-Platform components; optimize and enhance Linux kernel functionality for seamless hardware integration and work closely with hardware teams to ensure efficient communication between software and hardware layers. You will: Utilize DPDK libraries for high-performance packet processing Implement and maintain PTP (Precision Time Protocol) for synchronization across networked systems Conduct performance analysis and debugging of low-level software components Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define system architecture and requirements Contribute technical expertise and insights to improve development processes and solutions Take the first step towards your dream career Every Dell Technologies team member brings something unique to the table.
