The Senior Research Specialist will be responsible for identifying, developing and implementing strategic Qualitative and Quantitative research programs to support revenue growth across our Global Business Units. These programs will include, but are not limited to, consumer segmentation, product development evaluation, shopper journey, play pattern identification, and marketing communications analysis. How will you create impact? Manage the global market research for multiple categories, leading multiple projects concurrently Provide marketing research project leadership through identification of appropriate research objectives, methodologies and provide actionable recommendations to the business teams Translate data and information into actionable insights and business recommendations utilizing best in class “story telling” and engaging communication Manage and execute in person play testing with kids and families Facilitate communication between Consumer Insights Team and key business stakeholders Develop tools, scorecards, and presentations driven by category How will you fit into the team? Experience across a broad range of market research techniques and analytical techniques such as: Brand Tracking, Concept Screening, Packaging Testing, U&A, Segmentation, Communication/Ad Testing, Pricing Sensitivity, Preference Testing, Category/Consumer Exploration Demonstrated thought leadership and proven ability to integrate marketing research knowledge to drive business planning and decisions; Able to synthesize learnings/implications from multiple data sources – can tell a story, an influential communicator Understanding of market research methodologies, suppliers, best practices Understanding of marketing processes: business planning, marketing strategy, advertising development, product innovation Competency in managing complex/strategic research projects Strong ability to analyze and interpret results Ability to effectively present to senior & diverse audience What are your skills and experience?
