The Goal As the “Product Manager – Locator" you will be reporting into the Director of the OpenBet PROTECT pillar; this is an high profile position within and outside the company. You will lead product team engagement with the US & ROW customer base and ensure that our product offerings exceed the needs of our customers and partners to ultimately increase revenue for the company, our partners and our customers. What you’ll be doing Definition of the Locator Geo-Location product backlog, strategy & delivery Own the efficient and effective utilisation of our products by our customers, ensuring that they are getting the most value out of existing product functionality and reviewing new product feature requests to deliver on customer requirements within the existing product feature set. Work with US and ROW regulators & the OpenBet Compliance team to be at the cutting edge of evolving regulatory requirements Ensure that new customer requests are fully understood and the underlying objective of the customer is documented and quantified, with success criteria identified. Ensuring customer satisfaction by delivering ongoing value through the product iterations. Working collaboratively with product development and delivery ensure that the proposition is best in class in the market. Generate culture within product team for data-driven insight and analysis. Line management of the Locator product team Manage senior leadership expectations & provide key insights to the business about product proficiency Work with commercial teams to best position the product in the market. The Player What you’ll bring As an idea candidate, you will have: Ideally 3 - 5 years product management experience in the Gaming industry An ability to rapidly assimilate complex systems and communicate confidently with customers. Demonstrable oral and written communication skills Experience working with cross functional teams in a technology domain Experience of the regulation tech industry, notably with geo-location products Experience of high compliance arenas, and desirably having established relationships with regulatory bodies Ability to think big and small, comfortable whiteboarding a new experience and optimising existing features A flexible, can-do attitude, combined with an ability to be assertive with customers Fluent English is required for this role, as successful candidates will work closely with colleagues across OpenBet.
