Term Length: 4 months Term Start: September 8, 2025 Term End: December 19, 2025 Reporting to the Senior Manager, Product Management, the Product Management Co-op will support the enhancement of our customer Deposit Pricing and Optimization program, and the growth of the PC Money Account. They will assist in the development and implementation of portfolio management strategies (including early tenure & existing customer portfolio pricing) to engage PC Financial customers and help their hard-earned money go further. What You'll Do: Utilizing data-driven insights to evaluate and prioritize optimization initiatives for the product category. Analyze market trends, competitor pricing, and customer behavior to contribute to the development of effective pricing models. Analyze research and internal data to gain an understanding of customer insights, evaluate the competitive landscape and identify product growth opportunities Hone your financial and business analysis skills by contributing to product initiatives post-mortems, synthesizing the learnings to make product strategy recommendations Define and execute optimizations to the PC Money Account’s existing early month on book email curriculum to drive key portfolio metrics Participate in small-scale projects related to product and process optimization. What You Bring Completed at least 3rd year of university studies in Business or Economics Field with Statistics and Data analytics. Ideally has previous experience in product management (either from project work in school, previous summer, or co-op placements) Ability to work to tight deadlines, with attention to detail and personal accountability to ensure accuracy of produced results Ability to solve complex, ambiguous problems and effectively communicate your solutions Ability to prioritize and independently execute assigned work Hands on knowledge of Microsoft Office (including Excel, PowerPoint and Word) Ability to communicate information in creative, concise and easy-to-understand ways for a variety of audiences Come and join a winning team who demonstrates innovation, energy, creativity and vision.
