We are looking for a hardworking and independent co-op student to support the PC Mastercard Portfolio Management team. You will be responsible for assisting the team with day-to-day product management and delivery of initiatives and campaigns from concept to execution. The successful candidate will demonstrate strong skills in relationship management, problem solver, curious, organized with great attention to detail and able to demonstrate their project management and operational skills. You will get an opportunity to participate in designing and executing initiatives to grow our President Choice Mastercard credit card portfolio. What You’ll Do: Support cross functional teams to plan, execute and monitor progress against annual business plans Conduct competitive analysis to present insights and recommendations Help grow the portfolio and achieve our key performance indicators, including Purchase volume, Revolving balances and profitability targets as well as improve the customer experience Drive customer behaviour using various tactics (campaigns, updates to their digital experience etc.) Help prepare monthly and ad-hoc business review outlooks Collaborate with lines of business across PC Financial (product strategy, marketing, credit risk, digital, analytics) in support of various initiatives Support regulatory/operational initiatives as required Help support the team on testing and post implementation activities for various initiatives Collaborate with internal partners to review credit card marketing and product collateral, disclosures, and processes Support team with ad-hoc requests as needed What You Bring In school for Business, Commerce, Mathematics or Engineering Experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to work on multiple priorities simultaneously Interpersonal and communication skills (written & verbal) Project Management and time management skills Financial competence Come and join a winning team who demonstrates innovation, energy, creativity and vision.
