Summary:
As a Business/Engineering co-op student, you will work with our Project Management Team. The successful candidate will work closely with other team members in providing support for documentation and reporting on project information and key progress indicators.
Work Term: 8 Months (Sept 2025 - April 2026)
Work Arrangement: In-person/On-site, 5 days per week (Mon-Fr)
Work Location: 2909 Plymouth Dr., Oakville, ON
Job Responsibilities
Develop tools in Excel that will assist in measuring and reporting on project performance
Support Project Management Team projects: exposure to scheduling, budgets, project management techniques and processes
Report on project developments and metrics
Provide necessary support to project managers
Manage short duration projects from initial concept to implementation
Assist in the identification and development of processes to improve project reporting practices
Qualifications
Business or Engineering student with the desire to learn from an experienced team
Enrolled and eligible for an 8 month Co-op for the Fall 2025 Work Term (Sept 2025 - Apr 2026)
Excellent verbal communication skills
A team player who is also able work to independently under supervision of a senior team member
Structured problem-solving experience
Quick learner\
Proficient in Microsoft Office programs, with emphasis on Excel
Experience with working in a technical environment an assets
