Job Summary Job Description What is the opportunity? As a key member of the Transformation & Optimization Team, you will support delivery of transformation and change initiatives for Transaction Management Canada. What will you do? Enable the delivery of business solutions through organized intake of requirements and quality execution of visible change initiatives reinforced by dynamic change management. Facilitate cross-functional & collaborative meetings between with internal stakeholders Establish an agile delivery mindset to drive execution of change projects and initiatives focused on effective capacity, dependency and cost management Implement effective control and planning with positive outcomes for the Transaction Management Transformation Team’s portfolio, including status & metrics reporting for visibility and transparency Execute communication plans that meet the needs of the project/initiative and stakeholders Ensure delivery of commitment and ongoing sustainability, measured by actual adoption, cost savings, risk reduction, etc. Proactively identify and plan for cross-functional program/project interdependencies and ensure priorities are well defined Participate in activities required to establish new business processes, and facilitate the application of new technologies to existing business processes Take ownership of problems at first point of contact by applying appropriate RBC processes, policies and procedures and escalates concerns to appropriate partners Ensure the effective management of appropriate controls for effective management of processes, policies & procedure. Provides business support where required and requested by Management What do you need to succeed? Must Haves 3+ years of experience in financial services Strong analytical and technical skills Ability to identify, manage and implement lasting change Independent worker with strong organizational and project management skills and ability to multi-task effectively Self-starter with ability to adapt and contribute to a dynamic work environment Extremely resilient and able to withstand a pressure when tight deadlines need to be adhered to Familiar with core custody platforms: Milvus, Trust, Global Plus, BaNCS Familiar with the various business applications used by various Transaction Management Teams Ability to work independently with minimum supervision. Nice-to-have Specialization in Project Management, Data Analytics, VBA Securities industry knowledge Completion of Canadian Securities Course (CSC), Lean Six Sigma (LSS), or other accredited programs What’s in it for you?
