Responsibilities: Tasks: Teach programs offered in the Adult, Kids, Group Programs and Specialty Programs Provide instruction to clients in both group and private lessons Have a knowledge of all our Bike School programs, prices and lesson times, to enable you to assist guests Teach evening lessons when necessary, on Wednesday, Thursday or Friday evenings. Assist in the monitoring and operation of all Bike School activities to ensure safety for all users of the resort's facilities Assist in coordination of special events on the mountain Assist in mountain operations to ensure safety, emergency or first aid assistance when required in other departments To attend all mandatory training sessions Ensure Health and Safety regulations are followed. Communicate with our guests, both verbally and in writing when required Credentials Required: PMBIA (Professional Mountain Bike Instructors Association), or, GSMBC (Global Syndicate of Mountain Bike Coaches), or equivalent. First Aid Certification encouraged. Any other teaching, coaching or instructing certifications. At SilverStar, we intend to Play Forever.
