Job Summary:
As our HR Liaison, you are a key player in creating an exceptional employee experience—from recruitment to onboarding and beyond! In this role, you’ll support the full employee life cycle by helping us attract, welcome, and grow great talent. You’ll dive into everything from job postings and interviews to professional development support, HRIS systems, and supporting policy and process creation. You’ll also have a hand in our Quality Management system and other HR initiatives that keep us running smoothly. We’re looking for someone who loves working in HR, thrives in a not-for-profit environment, and is always looking for ways to grow. You’re tech-savvy, detail-oriented, and excited about using tools and systems to move the team forward. Education & Experience:
Post-secondary education in Human Resources, a related field, or equivalent experience
CPHR designation, or working towards considered an asset
2 years of Human Resources and full-cycle recruitment experience preferred
Demonstrated experience working with confidential information
Not-for-profit experience is an asset
