Job Description What will you do? Plan and execute detailed system requirements phases and identify, track, and resolve business systems issues Assess, research, analyze, and document stakeholder needs, using the recommended or selecting the appropriate information gathering and/or modelling technique to elicit requirements Contribute to successful completion of project objectives with high quality, within budget, and on time Review test plans, scenarios, cases as needed Support Development, Quality Assurance and User Acceptance Testing activities Build and maintain a repository of reusable system documentation Identifying risks, dependencies, assumptions and constraints Effectively communicate and build rapport with team members, stakeholders, and business unit partners through all project phases What do you need to succeed? Must Have: 5+ years of experience working in a similar role Proven ability to implement client focused digital solutions that drive engagement Strong hands on experience with Agile Product Delivery Demonstrated experience working effectively with cross functional teams, including technology, design and business stakeholders Experience managing initiatives from conception through implementation, ensuring timely and successful delivery Nice to have: Industry experience with Financial Institutions Agile certification What’s in it for you?
