TELUS Health is currently seeking a Director to join our Pension Plan Administration department. This leader will effectively represent our department to clients, contribute to its evolution, and act as a senior manager for mandate delivery. What you'll do Represent the TELUS Health Pension Plan Administration department to current clients and during submissions. Contribute to the evolution of the TELUS Health Pension Plan Administration department. Stay updated on industry practices and share new developments to benefit the team. Act as a senior service manager for client accounts. Supervise and oversee team resources. Support the team in the execution of various mandates and projects. Develop the budget for the mandates you are involved in and ensure compliance. Increase client satisfaction by listening to their needs and proposing innovative solutions. Propose improvements to our various processes. Develop new business relationships, new agreements with existing clients, and contribute to developing new markets with potential clients.
